Beloit Police Provide Information of a Sex Offender Release - Milton D. Taylor

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has informed the City of Beloit Police Department that convicted sex offender, Milton D. Taylor was released from a Chapter 980 civil commitment and has informed DHS that he will be homeless in Beloit after his release on Thursday, May 4.

Milton D. Taylor is a 62-year-old black male, 5 foot 10 inches tall with bald hair and brown eyes with glasses. Taylor is being released without supervision, as his supervision concluded in November 2022. He is required to be on the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry for life and will be on GPS monitoring for life. The City of Beloit Police Department is not responsible for the release but is responsible for community notification.
