According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a traffic offense and vandalism case that was reported on Saturday at about 11:30 a.m. on Garfield Ave. The suspect is described as a 21 year old black female who is about 5 feet and 6 inches tall and weighs about 131 pounds.
