According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a theft case that was reported on Tuesday at about 5:30 a.m. on Liberty Ave. The suspect is described as a 26 year old black female who is about 5 feet and 4 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds.
