According to the daily media release from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a theft case that occurred yesterday at about 11 p.m. on Bluff St. The suspect is described as a 23 year old black man who is about 6 feet and 4 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds.
