According to an update from the Greater Beloit Area Crime Stoppers, on Tuesday, July 19 at about 8:25 a.m. a shots fired incident occurred in the 1900 block of Nelson Avenue, where a residence was struck multiple times by gunfire. Witnesses reported seeing a while Hyundai leaving the area at a high rate of speed.
