Beloit Police Investigating Shots Fired Incident

According to an update from the Greater Beloit Area Crime Stoppers, on Sunday, February 20 at about 10:40 p.m. an officer was patrolling in the 1400 block of Harvey when he heard two shots nearby. The officer observed an unknown male wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and black pants running towards a gray SUV that fled the scene. Two fired cartridge casings were located in the middle of the roadway.
