According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are investigating a stolen vehicle incident and fleeing an officer case that was reported on Saturday at about 6:30 a.m. on Johnson St. The vehicle is described as a 2016 black 4 door Toyota Camry with Wisconsin License Plate 377RGY.
