According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, they are investigating a report of a shots fired incident that occurred near Wisconsin and Henry Avenues yesterday at about 9:45 a.m. A victim reported that she and another individual were traveling in a vehicle near the area when a suspect shot at them from a car, and the suspect has been identified as 24 year old Jaquczeas A. Wiggins. No injuries have been reported, and Wiggins was arrested on two counts of attempted first degree homicide.
