Beloit Man Facing Charges Including 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety

Beloit resident 28 year old Terrell Daneque Harley is facing charges including 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, substantial battery intending bodily harm, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on May 16. On May 18, a $2 thousand bond was set and he was ordered to have no contact with three involved victimes, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He must maintain absolute sobriety, and cannot possess any weapons. Harley has an upcoming court appearance on June 1 at 1 p.m.
