Beloit resident 30 year old Jamar Daquon Cunningham is facing a charge of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony after an incident that occurred on August 16. On August 17, a $5 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess any weapons. He has an upcoming court appearance on September 13 at 8:30 a.m.
