Beloit resident 34 year old Eric Deangelo Carter is facing charges of armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony after an incident that occurred on November 10. The complaint was officially filed on Friday. On Friday a $10 thousand cash bond was set, and he is not to have contact with an involved victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere, and he is not to possess any weapons. He has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 3 p.m.
