According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, this morning at about 1:35 a.m. officers were dispatched to Henry Avenue and Riverside Drive after a vehicle crashed and rolled near the intersection. The suspect, 38 year old Beloit resident, Marquis D. Floyd, was arrested after a brief foot chase. Floyd was arrested for operating while intoxicated-fourth offense and resisting and obstructing an officer and also received traffic citations.
