Beloit Fire Department Responds to Residential Fire

According to an update from the Beloit Fire Department, a residential fire in the 2100 block of St. Lawrence Avenue occurred yesterday at about 12:03 a.m. The fire caused about $40 thousand in damages to the home and items inside the home. No injuries occurred during the fire, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
