An audit of the Fontana Municipal Court has found no evidence of fraud committed by deceased Judge David Jensen. An audit was requested by the village after police found that Jensen had embezzled over 40 thousand dollars from the Indian Hills Homeowners association while serving as treasurer and he oversaw as Judge an operation that collected over 70 thousand dollars a year in fines. The audit reviewed 140 randomly selected municipal court cases between 2009 and 2019 and found no evidence of impropriety or fraud. The audit was done by Sitzberger and Co at a cost of 2900 dollars.
