Arrest Warrants Issued For Two Men Involved in Janesville Shooting

The two Beloit men who were allegedly involved in the shooting that injured four were charged and arrest warrants were signed for their arrest in Rock County Court. Jaq Wiggins and Damont Green are the suspects who remain at large after authorities suspect them of shooting at one another after an argument at the Blu Astor. Witnesses told police that the suspects got into an argument near the dj booth, they were separated with Green being pulled into the bathroom, a witness saw Green’s gun as he was being taken into the bathroom and Wiggins left the club to get a handgun from his car. As Wiggins was going back into the club Green was leaving which prompted another argument and Green started shooting in Wiggins direction, then fled the scene, a bouncer also reported finding the gun that Green used. The two suspects were charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide and four additional counts of first degree reckless injury and two counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety all party to a crime.
