A Janesville Man Arrested on his Sixth Offense OWI

A Janesville man was arrested on his 6th offense OWI according to a Janesville Police department news release. Officers were dispatched to Bond Place on a report of a traffic crash, Andrew Stacy was driving when he crashed into 2 parked unoccupied vehicles. A Witness saw Stacy leave the car and run away from the scene of the crash. When officers arrived they were able to make contact with Stacy who showed signs of impairment according to the release. Officers performed field sobriety tests on Stacy and when he failed them he was arrested and charged with 6th offense OWI, hit and run unattended vehicle and operating with a revoked driver's license. Stacy was transported and is being held in Rock County Jail.
