Workforce Housing Discussed at Watertown Committee of the Whole Meeting

Last night at the Watertown Committee of the Whole meeting, the primary topic of discussion was the upcoming implementation of workforce housing in the community. Workforce housing is an affordable dwelling that can be obtained for less than 30% of its owners gross income. Watertown is currently in need of more entry level homes that are popular among young couples, and also more empty nester homes for older individuals.
