Woman Arrested for 4th Offense OWI in Milton

According to a Rock County Sheriff's Office Press Release, yesterday at about 10:45 p.m. they along with the Milton Police Department were dispatched to a welfare check in the area of E. Bingham Rd. and N. Henke Rd. in Harmony Township. The reporting person advised two subjects, who appeared intoxicated, were attempting to walk to Milton. The subjects were located by law enforcement on the side of the road. A motor vehicle crash involving a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse was located south of where the subjects were observed. 29 year old Philomena A. Martin from Madison was identified as the driver, and deputies observed signs of impairment from Martin. After further investigation, she was arrested for 4th Offense OWI. Martin was taken to the Rock County Jail and has an initial court appearance today.
