Winter Parking Restrictions Have Begun in Delavan

According to an update from the City of Delavan, winter parking restrictions have begun and will last until March 15. This means that as of 3 a.m. on even-numbered calendar days, vehicles may be parked on the even-numbered side of the street. At 3 a.m. on odd-numbered calendar days, vehicles may be parked on the odd-numbered side of the street.
