The boat launch in Williams Bay reopened late Wednesday afternoon after the body of 22-year old Fadi Albazi of Morton Grove, IL, who disappeared while tubing, was located Wednesday. Williams Bay Police issued the notice around 3:35 PM but mentioned that they wanted boaters to be mindful of the inclement weather that eventually moved through the area. Albazi disappeared while tubing when his life jacket fell off as Albazi went into the water. After a search that stretched from Tuesday into Wednesday, Albazi's body was located in deep water.
