Whitewater Man Facing Charges Including Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

Whitewater resident 42 year old William Trent is facing charges of disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer, and throwing/discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker or prosecutor after an incident that occurred on January 24. On January 25 a $5 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered to not possess or consume alcohol and to not possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He is not to contact the victims involved and he will avoid their residence and place of employment.
