Whitewater Man Facing Charges Including Possession of Cocaine

Whitewater resident 30 year old Avelino Manuel Roque is facing charges including misappropriating ID information to obtain money and possession of cocaine after an incident that occurred in late February. The case was officially filed earlier this month. On February 25 a bond of $1 thousand was set, and he was ordered to not possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He is not to contact an involved victim, and must avoid their residence, place of employment, or anyplace else the individual is located.
