Whitewater resident 48 year old Scott Batra is facing charges of 7th offense OWI, operating while revoked, and ignition interlock device tampering after an incident that occurred on January 1. On January 3 a bond amount of $10 thousand was set and he is not to possess or consume alcohol, and he must not enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. Batra also is not to operate a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed. He has an upcoming court appearance on January 14 at 2 p.m.
