Whitewater Fire Department Responds to Weekend Incidents

According to an update from the Whitewater Fire Department, they responded to two incidents over the weekend; one on Friday afternoon and another on Sunday morning. On Friday at about 3:30 p.m. crews responded to a location on Newcomb St. for a general fire alarm, but all units were cancelled en route and the alarm was successfully reset. On Sunday at about 7:25 a.m. on E. Parkside Dr. they responded to a fire alarm in an apartment. The unit was checked, and no fire or carbon monoxide was present, and the alarm was successfully reset.
