Watertown resident 26 year old Brianna Tobias is facing charges of 2nd offense OWI, resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, and 6 counts of bail jumping for an incident that occurred on November 2. She appeared in court on November 4, the court required a $2.5 thousand cash bond with conditions. Tobias is to report and comply with SCRAM alcohol monitoring program if released. She has an upcoming court appearance on November 12.
