Watertown resident 35 year old Jeremy R. Fredrick is facing a charge of child abuse - recklessly causing harm after an incident that occurred on April 14. On April 19, a $5 thousand bond was set and he was ordered not to participate in any acts or threats of violence, and he cannot possess any dangerous weapons. Fredrick has an upcoming court appearance on May 11 at 11 a.m.
