Watertown Man Convicted on Charge of Causing Mental Harm to a Child

45 year old Watertown resident Gregory Howell was convicted on Tuesday in Dodge County Court on a charge of causing mental harm to a child, which originated from first degree sexual assault of a child who was 6 years old at the time of the incident that occurred in 2018. Howell has an upcoming sentencing hearing on May 19 at 3:15 p.m.
