Watertown resident 52 year old Todd A. Zimmerman has been charged with 2nd offense OWI causing injury after an incident that occurred on November 30. On Wednesday a $500 bail was set, and he is not to consume alcohol or other intoxicants. He must also not go upon any establishment whose primary business activity involved the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages, inducing bars, taverns, liquor stores, and beer tents.
