Watertown Juvenile Facing Charge of Making Terrorist Threats

Watertown resident 17 year old Elizabeth Higgins is facing charges of making terrorist threats and resisting or obstructing an officer for an incident that occurred on November 5. Police reports indicate that there were images circulating through snapchat with guns, suggesting an incident would soon happen at the school. Higgins appeared in court yesterday and a bond of $1 thousand with conditions was set. Higgins is not to use or possess any cellular device under any circumstances, and is not to use a computer with the exception of completing assigned school work. She will appear in court again on December 16.
