At the Watertown Common Council meeting last night, an update was given on the town square project. Construction for the project began in April, and the past two months have seen a lot of seawall work along the Rock River. Site grading work has begun a day early on the project, and over the next two weeks utility work will begin. This includes stormwater piping. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-October.
