Upcoming Public Hearing in Beloit

According to an update from the City of Beloit, an application has been filed for a conditional use permit to allow a religious institution, The Church of the Living God, Pillar and Ground of the Truth the Light of the World, in an R-1B single family resident district at 901 Harrison Ave. There will be two public hearings regarding this proposed conditional use permit; one at the City Plan Commission meeting on January 5 at 7 p.m. at Beloit City Hall, and also at the City Council meeting on January 18 at 7 p.m. at Beloit City Hall.
