Two OWIs In Two Days In Watertown

Watertown Police brought back their daily activity report yesterday and reported that a 37-year-old male was arrested for 1st offense OWI on Monday in the Central District, and a 36-year-old male on Sunday in the West District for 2nd offense OWI. The Monday arrest also includes charges for fleeing and bail jumping.
