Town of Beloit resident 18 year old Tyler Culver is facing charges including repeated sexual assault of same child, child enticement/sexual contact, and causing a child under the age of 13 to listen to or view a sex act. These charges came after an incident that occurred in November of 2017, and the case was officially filed on Monday. On Monday a $4 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered to have no contact with two involved victims, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He is to remain in his residence between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless at work or traveling to and from work. Culver cannot have any unsupervised contact with any child not in high school. He has an upcoming court appearance on May 2 at 9:15 a.m.
