According to a press release from the Janesville Police Department, on April 1 just before 6 p.m. the Fire and Police Department were dispatched to a business at 2500 Milton Ave. for a commercial fire. Employees were actively evacuating the business upon arrival. Evacuation efforts continued and eventually, the fire was suppressed. The fire is believed to have been set intentionally in the bedding area of the business. Three individuals were arrested in connection to the incident for arson and recklessly endangering safety, including a 17 year old female, a 15 year old male, and an 11 year old male.
