Three Individuals Facing Multiple Charges After Traffic Stop in East Troy

On December 13 shortly after 10:30 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle travelling about 50 mph in a 35 mph zone near North St. and Emery St. in East Troy. The stop resulted in a search of the vehicle, in which officers found drugs like marijuana, ecstasy, and mushrooms, as well as a loaded revolver with 5 rounds of .38 caliber ammunition and a pocket knife on a passenger. The driver, Dionna Blathers, was ultimately arrested for operating a vehicle after suspension, and her passengers Kerry Ryan Steele and Bryan Bruce Lindsey were both cited for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, receiving stolen property under $2,500, and manufacture with intent to deliver amphetamine. Steele and Blathers face additional charges of possession of a controlled substance of certain hallucinogenic and stimulant drugs, and possession of THC.
