Three Individuals Arrested in Connection to Rock County Search Warrants

According to a press release from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, last week on Thursday at about 5 a.m., the SWAT Team executed a search warrant secured by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit at 1722 Chapman Avenue in Beloit.

Simultaneously, the City of Beloit Police Department Tactical Operations Unit executed a separate search warrant secured by Special Investigations Unit at 1011 Oak Street in Beloit. Later in the day, Special Investigations Unit and the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau served a related search warrant at 2237 Burton Street, Apartment # 38 in Beloit. As a result of these search warrants, three individuals were arrested for the following charges:

2 Counts – Manufacture/Deliver Fentanyl <10 Grams

3 Counts – Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine 5-15 Grams

3 Counts – Maintain Vehicle for Drug Trafficking

2 Counts – Party To A Crime Manufacture/Deliver Fentanyl <10 Grams

1 Count – Party To A Crime Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine 1-5 Grams

12 Enhancers – Increased Penalty Habitual Criminality

12 Enhancers – Second or Subsequent Drug Offenses

2 Enhancers – Within 1,000 Feet of Park

3 Counts – Manufacture/Deliver Fentanyl <10 Grams

4 Counts – Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine 1-5 Grams

2 Counts – Maintain Vehicle for Drug Trafficking

1 Count – Neglecting a Child – Probable Harm of Child Under 6 Years

10 Enhancers – Increased Penalty Habitual Criminality

9 Enhancers – Second or Subsequent Drug Offenses

7 Enhancers – Within 1,000 Feet of Park

2 Enhancers – Within 1,000 Feet of School

Probation Violation

Tavarres and Logan are both in custody at the Rock County Jail awaiting court appearances on June 6 at 3 p.m.

This operation also resulted in additional charges for the following individual, who was already in custody at the Rock County Jail.
