According to a post from the City of Delavan Wisconsin, tar and stone seal coating is happening over the next few weeks on city streets. This includes:
Arbor Ridge Drive, from Terrace Street to the east end
Borg Road, from Phoenix Street to the Swan Creek bridge
Phoenix Street, from Third Street to Herman Street
Seventh Court, from Seventh Street to east end
N. Eighth Street, from Racine Street to Oak Street
Oak Street, from Eighth Street to east end
S. Terrace Street, from Matthew Street to Springs Park
