South Carolina Resident Charged for OWI in Lake Geneva

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on February 21 at about 2 a.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on Mill St. at W. Main St. The driver, 25 year old Hilton Head, South Carolina resident Chezarie A. Manrique, was issued citations for unsafe lane deviation, possession of THC, and operating while under the influence.
