South Beloit Police Looking for Man Involved in Hit and Run Causing Injury

According to an update from the South Beloit Police Department, on Wednesday 40 year old Jonathan R. Carter committed a Hit and Run causing injury at the intersection of South Park Ave. and Gardner St. He then fled on foot and was later picked up by a person driving a black Subaru.
