Sex Offender to be Relocated to Janesville

According to a Rock County Press Release, sex offender Aaron E. Simpson will be relocating to the Rock Valley Community Programs in Janesville on February 28. Simpson was convicted of 1st degree sexual assault of a child in 1997 and two counts of 3rd degree sexual assault in 2010. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors or his victims. He also cannot consume drugs. Simpson must comply with standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, have face to face contact with law enforcement, comply with all requirements, and be a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
