According to an update from the Rock County Sheriff's Office, convicted sex offender Scott A. Clark will be relocating to the Rock Valley Community Programs in Janesville on W. Sunny Lane on April 7.
Clark was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault in 1991 and 1st degree sexual assault in 1993.
Clark is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, and no contact with victims. He is not to consume drugs or alcohol, and he must comply with standard sex offender rules. He must also cooperate with electronic monitoring, have face-to-face contact with law enforcement, and be a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
