Sex Offender Relocating To Janesville

Janesville Police are informing the community about the relocation of a sex offender. 61-year-old Richard Isabell will relocate to the community tomorrow. He was convicted on sexual assault crimes in 1988 and again in 1991. He is a lifetime sex offender and does have GPS tracking. Contact 608-758-6075 with any questions.
