According to an update from the Elkhorn Police Department, sex offender Jason M. Deegan will be relocating to S. Wisconsin St. in Elkhorn on May 24. In 2002, Deegan was convicted of 2 counts of first degree sexual assault of a child. His victims were known minor females. Deegan is a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender registry and is on supervision with the Department of Corrections. He is subject to 24 hour enhanced electronic monitoring, including GPS monitoring.
