Sex Offender Relocating to Elkhorn

According to a press release from the Elkhorn Police Department, sex offender Peter R. Dingman, who was convicted in 2012 of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography, has been released today and is residing on Wisconsin St. in Elkhorn. Dingman’s known victims were minor males. He is a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, and is on supervision with the Department of Corrections. He is also subject to 24 hour enhanced electronic monitoring, including the use of GPS monitoring. Dingman is not to have any unsupervised contact with minors.
