Scooter Confusion Clarified In Whitewater

After some confusion regarding the status of the new scooters in Whitewater, they appear to have returned. The city said on Monday that the scooters had disappeared due to staffing difficulties but on Tuesday reported that the suspension was lifted and the scooters had returned and were available again in Whitewater.
