In an update from the City of Janesville, the Operations Division is providing a winter sand stockpile for public use at 920 Beloit Ave. Sand is limited to use by City residents on sidewalks during this winter season. Residents must being their own containers and shovels. Questions can be directed to the City Services Center at (608) 755-3110.
