According to a press release from the Rock County Sheriffs Office, sex offender Jonathan Houseweart is relocating to the Rock Valley Community Programs on W. Sunny Lane in Janesville beginning on September 14. Houseweart was convicted of 5 counts of Possession of Child Pornography in 2015. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors or the victim, not consume drugs, comply with standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, have face to face contact with law enforcement, and comply with all requirements and be a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry.
