Rock County Public Health Releases 2022/2024 Community Health Improvement Plan

According to a press release from the Rock County Health Department, they have released their 2022-2024 Community Health Improvement Plan. This three-year action plan is based on the data found in the 2021 Community Health Assessment and aims to better the health of Rock County. The two priority areas for this improvement plan are mental health and access to care.
