Rock County Medical Examiner Releases Name of 17 Year Old Beloit Resident who Died in Car Accident

In a press release from the Rock County Medical Examiner, the 17 year old who passed away as a result of a car accident in Beloit has been identified as Silas H. Wam. A forensic examination was completed yesterday at the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office. Preliminary results show Wam died from injuries sustained in the crash. Additional testing is underway at this time, and the death remains under investigation by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office and the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department.
