According to an update from the City of Janesville, A portion of Madison St. from Laurel Ave. to N. Jackson St. will close to through traffic beginning on Wednesday, April 20 and will remain closed until late June. During the closure, contractors will perform utility improvements, replace curb and gutter, and reconstruct the pavement.
